This hotel offers great value for money, with reasonable prices for the rooms. The room we stayed in had a balcony, which provided us with fantastic views of the town. The location on a steep hill gave us a sense of privacy and tranquility, away from the hustle and bustle of the beach area below. The staff were attentive and friendly, ensuring that our basic amenities were well taken care of.
All was satisfactory, with no areas for improvement.

The hotel has a lovely pool area and a view over San Remo. The room was spacious and comfortable.
The hotel is a bit too far from the town and the parking is limited, so we were hesitant to take our car out in the evening to go to a restaurant in San Remo. However, the restaurant at the hotel is very good. We have a lovely dinner of traditional Ligurian cusine, with a spectacular view over San Remo.

We chose to stay down a long hill quite close to the city centre, which gave us lovely views of both the sea and the city. The room was spacious and cleaned daily, with a balcony and great air conditioning. Breakfast was delicious with varied options. The pool area was stunning and well-maintained, with a pool bar where we could order cocktails and other drinks to enjoy while we swam.
The wifi was quite spotty and didn't work well in our room.

Location is nice , good view from the rooms. Service is good value for the money, good parking place for the car.
It is impossible to find if you are going there first time and in the dark. The description in the internet is missleading, there are not signs in the main street , hotel is in the very narrow , dark and small street ! I had to hire a taxi finally to find it.... Location is nice , good view from the rooms. Service is good value for the money, good parking place for the car.

The hotel is located on a hill, offering a spectacular view of the town. Despite being up a very big hill, it's worth the climb as the location is peaceful and away from the hustle and bustle of the beach area.
Our stay at this hotel was great and there were no major issues.

Great with an extra bedroom. Acceptable distance to the beach. Clean and nice room. Aircon. Friendly staff. Fair price.
Too loud music at the pool (even my teenage daughters are of the same opinion) breakfast could be improved

We loved the spacious and comfortable rooms equipped with everything we needed for cooking. The balcony offered a lovely view, and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate our request for a sea view room. The pool was well-maintained and provided a great view. The hotel's location was convenient, not far from the sea and a supermarket, perfect for us as bike riders.
Felt completely at ease during our stay, with no reason to complain.

I needed a quiet room not far from the motorway to break a very long journey. I asked for a quiet room and got one and it was very comfortable. Room facilities were good and the restaurant was surprisingly good and the service there was excellent.
The approach road is quite a challenge - winding up a hill through houses and very bad road surface although it was signed to the hotel. It would have been helpful to have information in the room - what number for reception, facilities available etc. Also quite a long walk to the town and sea front - I asked for a map and was given one so I could see where to park but there was a lot of traffic. However, it met all my needs on this particular occasion.

The receptionist was very helpful.
The hotel was in a poor state with smashed mirrors in the lifts and rooms badly decorated. Key cards advertised on the web do not work. The room shown on the web did not look like ours. The staff could not be bothered to serve drinks from the bar until challenged. Not worth the money.
